The BBC OCAPB has been part of the Brisbane pipe band scene since 1990. Currently, we are a small band, but we enjoy learning and playing good music in a relaxed and casual setting. And since joining the “competition circuit” in early 2004 we have enjoyed a steady improvement in the quality of our performances and the level of our membership.
